LMD, Live Move Dance.

is a melting pot where a few of my favourite things have all meet in one space. My hope is for everyone to come here and be able to discover more joy in their everyday life. It is place where you may be inspired to celebrate lifestyle, movement and creativity whilst offering  a range of products that allows you to express more of 'You' in your everyday so that you can Live Move & Dance more!

Whether it is to enjoy more of the simple things in life, get some holiday inspo, life hacks or just a reminder that you are normal. Whether you enjoy food - healthy or indulgent but always delicious! I hope to connect you with things that ignite you to chase the things that you are passionate about and you point you toward loving life that bit more, especially loving 'You' more.

MOVE.

We all know that moving is good for us! We should all be moving in many forms to help us have more longevity of life, in our body and mind. As a yoga and pilates teacher I have the privilege to help to lead people in some of their daily movement. So I hope that through LMD I will inspire you to move more doing the things you love or help you discover what that is and add a little bit more movement into your life.

DANCE. 

As a passionate dance lover in all of its forms, I want to see everyone to feel free to dance more! It may just be a happy dance, celebrating with friends, social dance classes, learning dance as an artform or developing it into a career. I hope we can support you dance through life!
